SAP × AI · 2026

Intelligence, Experienced.

We make enterprise AI something people actually choose to use. We’ve been doing that work on SAP for sixteen years.

What we architect

Your AI is only as smart as its access to SAP.

Joule, Claude, Copilot, agents of your own.

Every company is standing up enterprise AI right now, and all of it runs on context. The context that matters lives in your ERP, which is why SAP just rebuilt its entire platform around it.

Most partners pick one layer of the new SAP Business AI Platform. We deliver across all three and ship the result as one piece of software.

Designing AI Agents, Some Thoughts from an SAP AppHaus

Bringing AI agents into a company isn't an architecture or governance problem. It's a design challenge, and it starts with who the agent reports to.

MIND · our AI toolchain

Your project shouldn’t pay for work that software can do.

MIND is Mindset's growing library of SAP accelerators and AI agents. Every one of them runs an AI harness we built: agents and MCP servers wired into SAP and grounded in Mindset's entire engagement memory. With automations, work that used to take weeks now takes days. Our practice CoEs decide what ships, and every project Mindset's IP touches leaves it sharper.

Why now

In a few years, you won’t use SAP the way you do today.

At Sapphire 2026, SAP stopped calling itself a software company. It’s a Business AI company now. Agents are starting to do the work that screens and clicks used to, and that’s the biggest change to how people use SAP since the system went in. The choices that decide whether it works for you are being made this year.

SAP put €100M behind this. See if your project qualifies

Agents are only as good as the foundation.

Most enterprise AI failures do not stem from the model. They stem from the data, the architecture, and the security underneath. Trusted agents require a clean core, governed data, and a real identity.
A system this fast rewards staying open.

SAP's roadmap moves every quarter. Building on open standards like MCP offers you the freedom to change your mind as the ground shifts.
The advantage is still human.

Models are everywhere. What sets enterprises apart is a skilled team with the right tools. Mindset's tools help your people aim agents at the right problems and trust what comes back.

“The enterprises that come out ahead won’t be the ones with the best models. They’ll be the ones whose people actually use what got built.”

Gavin Quinn Founder & CEO, Mindset

Why our work lands

Designed for the first click.

Most AI projects stall at adoption, months after the model is live. That’s where we start.

It’s the same for the rest of your SAP investment. BDC, BTP, the S/4 core, none of it returns value until your people use it to expand what is possible. We have years of experience driving actual adoption.

Everyone frames AI as a feature of UX. Mindset frames UX as the interface for AI. The model is the engine, and the moment your people use it is the product.
