- No. Process mining is most useful before you move. SAP Signavio is included with RISE with SAP, and the SAP-delivered insights run a one-time read of your current ECC or S/4HANA system to show where you stand.
- Is this advisory or implementation?
- Both, and they connect. Most engagements open with an assessment and roadmap, then move into Signavio implementation, value realization, and the automation and agent work that follows.
- How does this relate to clean core?
- Directly. You standardize toward SAP Best Practices in Signavio first, so only clean, efficient processes enter the S/4HANA core. We carry that discipline through the build.
