Is your SAP landscape ready for Joule?

Free readiness check · SAP Joule

Twenty-two questions across architecture, licensing, data governance and adoption. About six minutes. Nothing you enter leaves your browser until you ask for the report.

The questions we hear most

Everyone asks the same six questions.

Am I licensed? Do I need S/4HANA? Will it train on our data? They sound like Joule questions. They are really questions about your SAP landscape, and each one sits in a layer this check scores.

AI is confusing right now. The prep work is not, and it pays off whichever AI you start with, because all of it has to reach your SAP data. Six minutes tells you which layers are ready and which are not.

The questions behind Joule readiness A stack of layers under Joule. From the bottom: Your SAP core, S/4HANA, RISE, on-premise?; Build, Do I need BTP first?; Context, Can it understand our data?; Govern, Does it train on our data?; Commercial, Am I already licensed for this?; Adoption, Will people actually use it?. A single line runs from the SAP core up through every layer to Joule. Joule ADOPTION Will people actually use it? COMMERCIAL Am I already licensed for this? GOVERN Does it train on our data? CONTEXT Can it understand our data? BUILD Do I need BTP first? YOUR SAP CORE S/4HANA, RISE, on-premise?
How the score works

Four areas, one plain average.

Each area is scored on its own, so a strong platform cannot hide a contract nobody has read. The overall is the simple average of the four.

It is self-reported. Treat it as the start of a conversation, not an audit.
