SAP is funding your first Business AI win.

SAP Business AI Partner-Led Adoption Incentive

SAP put €100 million (~$114M USD) behind getting customers live on Business AI, up to €100,000 (~$114K) per customer, through the end of 2026. We are an approved SAP partner. You bring a use case, we build the case with SAP and guide you through their process to get the work funded.

Why now

SAP is paying for the build. Through 2026.

What most teams miss

  • The window closes at the end of 2026, and the fund is a fixed pool that runs out as projects get approved.
  • You cannot self-enroll. SAP approves each customer, so you need an approved partner to build and submit the case.
  • It funds a real, deployed agent that SAP can verify, not a slide deck or a proof-of-concept that never ships.
  • Public sector is excluded, and net-new customers need a qualifying subscription to take part.

How we get you in

  • We find the use case worth funding

A short working session to pick the agent or app with the clearest payoff, the one worth putting in front of SAP.

  • We build the case with SAP

We size the right package, write the statement of work, and run the approval through our SAP partner channel.

  • We ship something real, fast

Built for an initial deployment in about 90 days. A working agent on your S/4HANA, not a demo.

  • You keep reusable IP

The agent and the patterns stay yours, and become the foundation for the next use case.

Critical insight

The fastest way in is a use case worth funding. That is a conversation with us, not a form you submit to SAP.

Four funded tiers

From one assistant to a full enterprise rollout.

SAP funds partners by the complexity and impact of what gets delivered. You can start small, an activated assistant, or go all the way to an enterprise Center of Excellence.

Adoption
€15K ~$17K

Activate an SAP-built AI assistant or agent in your environment to kick-start adoption in one domain, like finance.

Launch
€25K ~$28K

Build and deploy your first custom agent or pro-code app in SAP Joule Studio or SAP Build.

Performance
€50K ~$57K

A custom agent plus an application or workflow, for deeper, measurable business impact.

Enterprise
€100K ~$114K

Multiple custom agents plus apps and workflows for a broad rollout, including standing up a Center of Excellence.

Funding is paid by SAP to the partner for approved adoption work, up to the cap per customer. It is not a discount, rebate, or cash payment to you, and final scope and approval are SAP's.

Common questions

Is this real, and what is the catch?

Is SAP really funding this?
Yes. SAP committed €100 million (~$114M USD) to fund partner-led Business AI adoption through the end of 2026, up to €100,000 per customer. SAP pays the partner for approved adoption work. It is not a discount, rebate, or cash payment to you.
Who is eligible?
Existing SAP Business AI Platform customers, or net-new customers who start a qualifying SAP subscription. You need to be using at least one qualifying service such as SAP Build, HANA Cloud, AI Core, or Joule Studio. The program is global. Public sector and government are excluded.
What is the catch?
SAP approves each customer and project, so it is not first-come self-serve, and the fund is a fixed pool with a hard end at 2026. The work has to result in a real, deployed agent SAP can verify. That is exactly the part we handle.
Do we have to commit to a huge project?
No. The smallest tier just activates an existing SAP assistant in one domain. It is a clean way to start, prove value, and build from there.
Why Mindset?
We are an approved SAP partner with SAP BTP Expert competency, the first US-based SAP AppHaus partner, and we shipped a fleet of Joule agents that SAP validated at Sapphire 2026. We build the case, run the SAP approval, and deliver the agent.

Bring us a use case. We'll see if SAP will fund it.

The window closes at the end of 2026 and the fund runs out as projects get approved. The first step is a short conversation, not paperwork.
