Everyone wants agents. Few have the data to trust them.

SAP BTP + Business Data Cloud + Business AI workshop

A working session that sequences your move from platform to data to agents, so the AI you roll out next year stands on something real. We run it in our SAP AppHaus, on live BTP, with your landscape on the table.

Why now

SAP just put all three in one stack.

The pressure most teams feel

  • Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud are now on the successor path inside Business Data Cloud.
  • BW has a horizon. Modernization is a when, not an if.
  • Joule and the agent suite are shipping, not coming.
  • Everyone wants the AI outcome and skips the data work that earns it.

What a clear plan gives you

  • One architecture, not three projects

At Sapphire 2026 SAP unified BTP, Business Data Cloud, and Business AI into a single platform. Your roadmap can follow the same line.

  • A sequence, not a shopping list

Foundation first, data second, agents third. The order is the whole game.

  • A data layer agents can act on

Clean, connected, permission-aware context is what separates a real agent from a demo.

  • A decision you can defend

Where to start, what to move, and what to wait on, mapped to your estate.

Critical insight

Agents are only as good as the data they can see. Get the foundation and the data layer right, and the AI has something to stand on.

The through-line

Three layers, one order.

Most teams reach for the agent first. The workshop walks the stack the way it actually has to be built.

SAP BTP. The foundation.

Where you build, integrate, extend, and govern everything around the SAP core. Nothing above it holds without it.

  • Integration and clean-core architecture
  • Identity, security, and governance
  • The platform agents and apps run on

Business Data Cloud. The data layer.

Datasphere, Analytics Cloud, and SAP-managed Databricks on one governed surface, with your business data connected in place instead of copied around.

  • Datasphere, SAC, and Databricks, unified
  • Zero-copy access to live business data
  • The context layer that grounds AI

Business AI. The payoff.

Joule and a growing fleet of agents that act inside real processes, grounded in the data layer beneath them.

  • Joule agents on real workflows
  • Use cases mapped to your estate
  • Guardrails built in from the start

What you leave with

Clarity, not slideware.

A short, honest session. You walk out knowing what to do next, in what order, and why.

A clear starting point

Where to begin on your landscape, and in what order, so nothing gets built twice.

A shortlist of agent use cases

The Joule agents worth doing first, mapped to processes you actually run.

A data-layer plan

How Datasphere, SAC, and BW fit into Business Data Cloud for your estate.

Why us

We don't workshop in a conference room.

We were the first US-based SAP AppHaus Network Partner. This runs in a real AppHaus, with a BTP prototyping lab, walls you write on, and hundreds of design-thinking sessions behind us. We don't stop at the diagram. We take it from explore through deliver and run.

And the AI half is not theory. We built a fleet of Joule agents and had them validated by SAP, shown on the Sapphire 2026 stage. We will show you how, with your data.

To BDC or Not to BDC

To BDC or Not to BDC

Let’s face it: the SAP acronyms change every year.  2-3 years is just about the maximum shelf life for an SAP 3-letter acronym to hang around....

Common questions

Before you book.

Who is this for?
SAP customers weighing BTP, Business Data Cloud, or Business AI and trying to figure out where to start. Usually enterprise architects, data and analytics leaders, and the people who own the SAP roadmap.
Onsite or remote?
Either. We host in our Minneapolis AppHaus when you can come to us, and run it remotely when that is easier. Onsite tends to get more done.
What should we bring?
Your real landscape and your real questions. The more honest the current state, the more useful the session. No prep deck required.
Is this a sales pitch?
No. It is a working session. You leave with a plan you own, whether or not we build it together.

Bring a real problem. We'll map it with you.

The workshop is a working session, not a pitch. You leave with a plan you can act on, whether or not we build it together.
