Mindset was approached to help resolve the business pain points related to asset health and criticality analysis. To do so, the team developed a centralized enterprise system for plants around the world that replaced the manually-managed asset creation process on Microsoft SharePoint. They delivered open SAP UI5 applications to create and maintain asset health that were 80% more time efficient, generated savings of 50% in asset maintenance costs, and provided a scalable approach to the future.
