Bharathkumar J officially joined Mindset on January 18, 2021, although he had already started getting hands-on from the time he interviewed with us. This is Bharath for you – our new operations expert who cares deeply for everyone in the organization and leaves no stones unturned to make sure we have the best solution.
Bharath comes to us with experience at a startup, handling different parts of the operations from Finance, HR, Payroll, Facilities and Travel Management. With a little over 4 years of experience, across the value chain of a startup, and with his strong network, he contributes strongly to the growth of our recently established subsidiary in India. Bharath will be handling Finance, Purchasing, Payroll, IT, Logistics and day to day operations of the India subsidiary of Mindset. Additionally, Bharath’s deep interest in corporate compliance ensures that he passionately keeps an eye on the compliance of our India operations.
Hailing from Anekal, situated to the south of Bengaluru, Bharath is an avid mountaineer with Himalayas being his favorite vacation spot, loved for its adventure sports. Bungee jumping has been the craziest thing he has ever done. Here I chose a photograph of Bharath representing Karnataka in its tableau at the 2013 Republic day national parade at New Delhi – you can spot him carrying the flag in front.
