33 interfaces off Apache NiFi. Eight weeks. Zero change orders.
Large Electrical Supply Conglomerate
Modernizing Interfaces to Save Money and Reduce Downtime
A large electrical supply company needed to upgrade their on-premise hardware and modernize their approach to software. Their legacy system had 30 interfaces and their 18 NEO CPI services needed to be migrated to new Cloud Foundry sub-accounts.
In just three months, Mindset migrated existing PI/PO functionality to SAP BTP Integration Suite and successfully completed the 48 identified integrations with almost no downtime. The solution saved money on hardware and upgrade costs and enabled real-time APIs.

If we built this today
Concept · not delivered scopeMigration as a repeatable pattern.
This is a forward-looking concept, not the scope we delivered on this engagement. It is the build we would reach for now, grounded in SAP that ships today.
This engagement turned 33 tangled NiFi and PI/PO integrations into a clean pattern library on SAP Integration Suite, and that same pattern-first thinking is exactly what a modern agent build would lean on.
The data product
Governed integration data product on SAP Business Data Cloud
A governed data product on SAP Business Data Cloud that holds the pattern library, flow metadata, and run history so the agent reasons over what each integration actually does instead of guessing from a name. SAP Knowledge Graph keeps the business meaning consistent across systems.

The Joule agent
Integration Suite Flow Builder
Reads the legacy NiFi and PI/PO flow definitions, classifies each by pattern (ERP-to-third-party, customer-direct, data sync, file transfer), and proposes the matching iFlow on SAP Integration Suite for a developer to review and confirm. The iFlow Health Watcher then watches the live flows and flags failures or drift before they hit order processing.

The Fiori app
No single Fiori app here. Integration lives on SAP BTP, not SAP S/4HANA.
Integration work runs in SAP Integration Suite on SAP BTP, with Joule and the Flow Builder pattern at the design layer. There isn't an SAP S/4HANA business-AI Fiori app that owns this, and we'd rather say so than name one that doesn't fit.
Built and run on SAP BTP, not the Fiori launchpad.
We'd mine the existing flows in SAP Signavio first, map the current and future integration estate in SAP LeanIX, and let MIND accelerators carry the old patterns across to the new platform.
