Everyone running PI/PO knows about the December 2027 deadline. Almost nobody can tell you what it means for their own landscape.

That is because the answer depends on two things most teams have never counted: how many interfaces you are actually running, and how complicated they are. A 60-interface estate and a 600-interface estate face the same deadline and are completely different projects. One of them can still wait. The other cannot.
