Welcome Matt Garland

Mindset is happy to welcome Matt Garland to the team! He is joining us as a Sr. Recruiter and HR Business Partner. He will be a part of the new Denver office. He has spent 10 years in the SAP space working with both consulting firms and staffing agencies.

Matt is extremely passionate about people; He loves to help people get a job and to create workplaces where those people can thrive. He’s passionate about making the workplace a place where people can learn new things, share ideas without fear, and work on cool things. He will help bring all of this to Mindset. “I am excited to be working here because you can hear it in everyone’s voice that they love working here.”

Matt is married to Kristin, and they have an awesome 9-year-old daughter named Emily. They live in Littleton, CO- about 10 miles from Downtown Denver.

Outside of work, he loves to cook, garden, fish, camp, hike, travel, see live music, exercise, and read. His sports teams are the Spurs, Cowboys, Cubs, and Avalanche.

Mindset announced its Denver location earlier this year. Over the last several years Mindset has built a number of key client and staffing relationships in Colorado and has developed a significant presence in the SAP ecosystem throughout the state including sponsorship of ASUG Colorado events.
