Using Design Thinking Techniques to Transform User Experience
In order for employees and contractors to apply for SAP roles within the organization, a cumbersome, time-consuming process was required. The Mindset team was tasked with streamlining the process to remove ambiguity, duplicity, and other roadblocks. After using Design Thinking techniques to identify pain points, create user personas, and undertake rapid prototyping, the team implemented the most popular suggestions to create a hi-res prototype of the final solution. The end result enhanced the user experience in a new, efficient solution, with a workflow aligned with future business goals.

The standard S/4HANA maintenance apps with Joule in the launchpad, so a technician or planner can describe the issue and get a drafted request with the right asset, location, and codes prefilled. Review and submit stays with the person.

The data product
Cloud ERP Intelligence
Grounds the agent in governed asset, work order, and operations data from S/4HANA without copying it out, so the insight a planner sees lines up with the system of record. It is an analytics layer a utility can defend in a rate or compliance review.
Intelligent Application on SAP Business Data Cloud
We would mine the current maintenance and reporting flows in SAP Signavio first, map the application and data landscape in SAP LeanIX, and let MIND accelerators carry the old Fiori setup into the new one.
