S/4 Roundtable: November 21, 2024
Throughout 2024 the topic of clean core and technical debt have been top of mind. In this quarter’s S/4 HANA Roundtable we will explore the topic in relationship to SAP S/4 HANA.
Key discussion points:
– Why Clean Core on S/4 HANA
– Innovation while respecting Clean Core
– Introducing AI beyond standard S/4HANA
– Engineering effectiveness to drive flexibility in adoption of innovations on S/4HANA
This event focuses on managers, senior managers, and development leads who work at least partly on introducing new concepts into SAP organizations.
A Mindset Roundtable is a free-flowing conversation between SAP practitioners hosted by Mindset Consulting. While we provide the platform, conversation starters, and insight from our experience, the conversation is meant to be for SAP practitioners and those who manage SAP teams and processes. Therefore, we keep formal presentations to an absolute minimum to provide ample time for discussion.

We have a 1.5-hour agenda scheduled. Based on the previous participant feedback, we will minimize presentation time and maximize discussion. The format will be an open discussion in a round-robin format punctuated by prompts and surveys to drive the discussion topics and keep the discussion lively.
