September Discussion: EWM Implementation Best Practices

In today’s dynamic business landscape, implementing S/4HANA EWM demands not only technical expertise but also a deep understanding of industry trends, evolving customer expectations, and emerging technologies. Best practices serve as guiding principles, based on experience and lessons learned, to help us navigate the complexities of the journey to S/4HANA.

Key topics such as (but not limited to) master data management, User Experience, RF/Mobile device management, and labeling are key elements to ensuring an optimal implementation. In this quarter’s conversation, we will focus on implementation best practices that companies should consider when going to S/4HANA EWM.

Mindset’s SAP Roundtables are free-flowing conversations between SAP practitioners hosted by Mindset. The audience includes Technology Leadership,  IT Directors, Managers, Senior Managers, and Development leads who work, at least in part, on introducing DevOps concepts into SAP organizations. While we provide the platform, conversation starters, and insight from our experience, the conversation is meant to be for SAP practitioners and those who manage SAP teams and processes and giving space to share your thoughts, experiences, and strategies and learn from those of your peers.

We have a 1.5 hour agenda scheduled. Based on the previous participant feedback, we will minimize presentation time and maximize discussion. The format is an open discussion in a round-robin format punctuated by prompts and surveys to drive the discussion topics and keep the discussion lively.
