The client’s fulfillment center managers needed a new system for management of daily warehouse performance data. They sought tools that would provide real-time access to core data, enhance customer experience with on-time deliverables, and reduce the time required for populating warehouse performance data.
The client collaborated with Mindset to first approach the challenge using Design Thinking, which included low-resolution prototypes followed by high-resolution versions for easy demonstration.
The Agile development team then used Scrum methodology to build and implement the solution, which included a robust employee performance app, a real-time dashboard for outbound shipping, and a new labor management app. The end solution led to higher productivity, cost optimization, and time savings.
