MINDSETS BTP SUITE OF SERVICES
Mindset starts all BTP work with an exploration phase. We’re finding that SAP customers are just now becoming interested in SAP BTP as a platform and still know little about what the possibilities are. We use this phase as a strategy engagement as well as a proof of concept/show & tell phase to be able to sell the idea of where to use SAP BTP internally.
Included in our Exploration phase of BTP delivery is a real look into what it can do for you. This takes a customer’s corporate strategy and maps it into a continuous innovation journey for our customers. We not only look at what BTP is good at and what it can/should be used for in your business, but also where we wouldn’t recommend it based on your technology footprint and roadmap.
We love to give our customers something very tangible and real in each of our engagements and in this exploration phase of finding out what BTP can do for you, we love to include up to 2 PoC’s where we can showcase a few of the important technologies housed in BTP and what they could offer your business users.
Delivery of BTP services:
Coming out of an exploration phase, we will have a prioritzed roadmap of where you could invest in BTP services and technology. We use our time tested design thinking to delivery approach to deliver on each of these priorities in a continuous fashion. We’ve done this on one off priorities as well as making sure the full roadmap is delivered and successful within the business
