Role Overview As a Senior Delivery Lead, you will own end-to-end delivery of SAP transformation, implementation, and integration engagements for enterprise clients — turning a signed SOW into a predictable, low-friction project experience from kickoff through post–go-live. You’ll lead Mindset-led engagements and operate inside multi-vendor programs alongside strategic SI partners, keeping our team focused, NPS high, and client outcomes on track.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Ownership
- Own scope, schedule, budget, and quality for one large or multiple concurrent SAP engagements.
- Translate SOWs into executable delivery plans using SAP Activate or a hybrid agile model.
- Run project cadence (standups, sprint reviews, steering committees) and maintain plans, RAID logs, and status artifacts.
- Drive UAT, cutover planning, and go-live readiness through hypercare exit.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary delivery contact for client project leads, BPOs, and PMOs.
- Lead risk & issue management, change control, budget conversations, and escalation handling.
- Deliver clear executive-ready updates and proactively reset expectations when scope, risks, or timelines shift.
Multi-Vendor Programs
- Lead Mindset’s workstream inside SI-led programs, navigating partner governance, tooling, and onboarding environments.
- Hold the line on Mindset’s scope and assumptions when partner-driven changes threaten margin or timeline.
- Surface partner-side risks early and drive structured resolution before they impact delivery.
Team Orchestration
- Coordinate cross-functional SAP teams (functional, development, integration, data, testing, change management) across onshore and offshore resources.
- Manage handoffs across phases and time zones so context never gets lost.
Commercial & Pre-Sales
- Flag scope and resourcing risks that threaten margin and apply rigorous change control.
- Support AEs and Principals with delivery feasibility reviews, estimation sanity checks, SOW shaping, and proposal walk-throughs.
- Identify follow-on opportunities aligned to the client’s strategic roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in professional services or SAP consulting; 5+ years in a dedicated delivery lead, PM, or scrum master role.
- Full-lifecycle SAP implementation ownership (planning through cutover and hypercare).
- Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP across multiple functional modules.
- Active certification in agile/PM methodology (CSM, PMP, SAFe, or PMI-ACP).
- Proven experience inside multi-vendor SI-led programs.
- Expert proficiency in JIRA; strong working knowledge of Parallax or equivalent PSA tooling.
- Executive-ready communication skills and a sustained NPS 8+ track record.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Bonus Points
- SAP Activate certification or SAP-specific delivery credentials.
- Pre-sales experience (feasibility reviews, SOW co-authoring, proposal defense).
- Industry depth in Consumer Products, Energy & Utilities, Manufacturing, or Industrial.
- Experience building delivery communities of practice or contributing to internal accelerators.
Why Mindset?
- $115-165K base salary + bonus
- Attend and participate in leading SAP events and conferences
- Ability to work remotely as needed
- Part of a hard-working, fun, motivated team
- Opportunity to significantly contribute to the ongoing growth of a game-changing company in the ERP space
What Success Looks Like in Year One
You’ve led at least one engagement to a successful go-live and hypercare exit, sustained NPS 8+ across your portfolio, hit your billable utilization target (75–100%), and are a recognized go-to for navigating complex SI-partner programs without burning out the team or the client relationship.
