To build great experiences for our end users, we must work with them to understand their processes, challenges, and goals. Interviewing, observing, and understanding the users for whom we are building applications will help us build the best possible experiences. Learn important user research techniques including creating personas, interviewing skills, and conducting observations to gain insights.
