For this leading Global Food Distribution company managing their supply chain is an immensely complex task, and challenges can be widely disruptive. Lacking visibility to real-time shipping capacity, the customer was unable to maintain shipping dates accurately. This resulted in routine productivity loss and negative customer satisfaction.

Based on an examination and understanding of user needs, Mindset built, tested and deployed a SAP Fiori-based shipping capacity dashboard application. The new system enabled faster, more accurate decision-making by presenting a unified and actionable platform of data to the customer services team. It also provided accessibility options for users with disabilities. As a result, productivity improved 20%.
