The Mindset team developed a branded and tailored SAP UI5 application that improved user experience, increased engagement, and provided cross-company visibility into high-value interactions. The application included a useful new Insight feature that allowed the team to proactively report issues with business processes. Within a week of launch, the client recorded 11 times more customer interactions than typical.
