Traditionally, the client used Microsoft Excel to manage and calculate financial data related to customer profitability – a process that was manual, time-consuming, and cumbersome. The client engaged Mindset to create a new, more efficient process. First, Mindset upgraded their SAP UI5 system to a newer version. With this new system in place, Mindset was able to create key configurations and improve the overall process.
Together, the client team and Mindset achieved a smooth delivery and deployment of the final application, and the system is now established for future enhancements.
