The client needed a digital transformation. Users were grappling with an incongruent and decentralized mix of solutions, platforms, processes, and approaches used to reach multiple audiences across the client enterprise. Mindset ideated the key requirements in order to train the client on UX advising, Design Thinking, and Fiori 2.0. The Mindset team enabled a delightful experience for onboarding users and interacting with applications, promoting an effective ‘customer experience’ strategy. The deliverable was a user-centric digital transformation – tailored to roles and personalized per user – that represented best practices for digitizing the industry.
