Matt High: Welcome to the Mindset Team!

Mindset is excited to welcome Matt to the team! He is joining our Solutions practice as a Functional Architect (FICO).

Matt has 14 years of experience working in SAP, from a functional perspective within the FICO space to managing an SAP Center of Excellence team for the largest Tier-1 global aerospace supplier in the world. He has supported his prior companies in both client and internal consulting roles, primarily in the Aerospace & Defense and Automotive industries. He has experience managing various sized projects, from several ECC technical upgrades to full-lifecycle SAP implementations, including SAP partner implementations. Additionally, he has also worked in roles supporting M&A strategies with respect to SAP integrations. Therefore, he chose Mindset as an exciting new opportunity to continue his career growth in supporting clients as they either begin or further their SAP journey.

Matt lives in Wichita, Kansas and is a graduate of the University of Kansas (Rock Chalk!). He has a wife (Stephanie) and two children (Mason and Sadie). Also, they enjoy camping, and cheering on the Kansas Jayhawks.

Marin Baltes is Director of Operations at Mindset. Her main role is to put a support structure in place at each of our Solutions clients to ensure teams have everything they need to make their project a success. Marin brings a wealth of experience from both consulting and industry to the table, priding herself on having the ability to clearly communicate and empathize with our clients to make sure their goals, expectations, and logistical considerations are all in alignment. When she's not in the office, you can find Marin traveling, doing yoga, and spending time with her family.
