The client’s sales representatives needed a better system to manage order exceptions, quotes, order blocks, and EDI transactions. Instead of struggling with a fragmented system, the team wanted easy access to customer information and sales processes.

Mindset created an online, comprehensive prototype dashboard with search and filter options that made data easy to access, manage, and manipulate. The dashboard provided better visibility into customer data, boosted productivity for sales representatives, and improved the customer experience.
