The client was using a combination of paper forms, Microsoft Excel files, and email for asset entry/exit management. This caused many inefficiencies including production interruptions, increased downtime, lost information, and a lack of real-time visibility into asset location.
Mindset was asked to design a company-wide solution that would centralize information and provide real-time notifications to company personnel. To meet these goals, the team designed a paperless system using SAP technology that simplifies asset tracking and streamlines workflow.
