To schedule patient or customer workshops, employees had to utilize a cumbersome request process using Microsoft Excel. Booking a meeting space or virtual slot required considerable time to create a request and fill in relevant information such as date, location, participants, expected costs, etc. Approving requests and managing records for audits was extremely challenging. The client enlisted Mindset to create a digital solution for maintaining all workshop-related information. Mindset followed a Design Thinking process, including the creation of three primary personas, paper and digital wireframes, and low and hi-fidelity prototypes. Following Agile Methodology, the team delivered a solution that improved compliance by simplifying and streamlining recording, approval, and management of data.
