Customizing a Digital Solution for Creating and Managing Customer Data

The client’s outdated system for creating and maintaining customer data was fraught with problems: it was manual, labor-intensive, extremely slow, repetitive, prone to human error, and lacking in customer focus.

Mindset was approached to conduct an end-to-end study and deliver an innovative, streamlined digital solution. The Mindset team worked closely with users to design a system that would Create, Read, Update and Delete (CRUD) master data. The client received a set of applications for creating and maintaining customer records, customized for use across different business units. The new system accelerated the efficiency of business processes, cutting the time to manage a service agreement from 3 days to 3 hours.
