With over 800 company codes in their Central Finance database, the client struggled to manage the numerous bank accounts and signatories on each of these codes using email. To reduce the complexity of the process, Mindset leveraged Design Thinking to understand specific user pain points. A team of product owners, technical architects, SAP ABAP developers, and SAP UI5 developers collaborated to iteratively build, test, and deploy the SAP Fiori-based application. The resulting SAP Bank Account Management System greatly enhanced user experience, decreased complexity, and improved the management of bank account details.
