Delivering Smooth Carrier Management and Exceptional Customer Satisfaction

Farmer using mobile technology in corn field for data-driven agricultural management

For improved inventory and carrier management, the client desired an application with a simple UI design to integrate data from multiple sources. They enlisted Mindset to design and build an application that was efficient and secure. After creating user personas and collecting feedback from all stakeholders, the team ideated the strategy to promote a real-time approach. The Mindset team developed low-resolution paper prototypes of the solution architecture, leveraged standardized elements to create the application through SAP Build and InVision, then delivered a high-resolution prototype. The end solution enabled smooth carrier management – including weather forecasts and real-time inventory updates – leading to an outstanding customer experience.
