The client sought to replace their legacy portal with a centralized, user-friendly site for Human Resources information. Mindset led the client through the stages of the Design Thinking process – Explore, Discover, Design, Deliver – to strategically uncover shortcomings within the 15-year-old legacy system and gain a deeper understanding of user requirements. A story backlog was created to estimate development effort and create a release timeline. This collaboration between the client and Mindset led to a mobile-friendly, one-stop shop for employee resources, easily accessible by all 1,900 users without any dependency on HR staff.
