The client was combating issues of accuracy and timeliness with their legacy system, and they sought to retire several of their legacy applications and consolidate all information onto the SAP platform. Mindset was approached to conduct this complete digital transformation. The team collaborated with end-users to redesign the UX of the fragmented applications. Using an Agile development approach, they built SAP-based applications capable of integrating with non-SAP systems. The end solution, based on very complex business requirements, improved the accuracy of processing large volumes of data, reduced system landscape complexity, and increased user satisfaction.
