A global agricultural cooperative, managing a network of farmers and local cooperatives, was struggling with internal communication and data access. Communication between the groups was complex due to the volume of local interactions and reliance on phone communication. Mindset put forward a simple yet flexible prototype with an advanced user-friendly interface. Direct feedback from multiple stakeholder groups was gathered to ensure organizational buy-in on the proposed solution. The final result consolidated 13 portals into one, combining analytics and data into actionable insights.
