In order for employees and contractors to apply for SAP roles within the organization, a cumbersome, time-consuming process was required. The Mindset team was tasked with streamlining the process to remove ambiguity, duplicity, and other roadblocks. The end result enhanced the user experience in a new, efficient solution, with a workflow aligned with future business goals.
