SAP Principal Consultant

We are looking for an inspiring and entrepreneurial consultant with a track record of creating impactful change with their clients.  As a Principal Consultant, you will support Mindset’s growth by managing client relationships and framing business problems in a way that our teams and customers understand clearly. Principals drive clients’ goals and initiatives to completion and demonstrate the measurable business value Mindset brings. 

Come with a proven capability of completing transformational change and the ability to mentor Associate consultants abilities to develop deep and trusting relationships. You should have strong interpersonal skills, and work in groups as needed, but work autonomously and with little direction. You will need to be a thought leader and self-motivated. Your analytical skills and quantitative and conceptual thinking are key to client success. You should be comfortable continuously learning and working with sales and marketing to create compelling content and reusable technical presales collateral,  We rely on you to manage account strategy and create the best-in-class customer experience that instills our values with our customers and teams.

Skills

  • Required
    • At least 10+ years of experience working as a consultant or similar experience in SAP
    • At least 5 years of experience leading multiple cross-functional teams
    • At least 5 years of experience managing client relationships 
    • Focused on providing organization employees with the best UX/CX 
  • Strong entrepreneurial drive
  • Outstanding listening skills 
  • Proven ability to frame, design, and execute solutions for challenging business situations
  • Ability to work and be an influential presence at all levels of an organization
  • Preferred
    • Proven thought leadership with your industry or line of business, including production and syndication or publication of marketable knowledge 

Responsibilities

  • Create strategies for addressing client needs and trust building
  • Primary point of contact between the client and Mindset
  • Provide industry/line of business guidance, strategies, and SAP best practices 
  • Fall in love with the problem. Design the solution and mentor cross-functional teams while providing Best in Class Customer Experience 
  • Lead Mindset Solutions pursuits to expand our customers and dive deep into existing accounts
  • Transfer knowledge to Mindset teams through training and side-by-side engagement work
  • Managing client relationships and driving business development 
  • Organizing internal teams and overseeing deliverables
  • Understand the competitive marketplace in your industry or line of business
  • Communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Participate in the development of Mindset products and services
  • Ability to travel as needed up to 50%
