School is back in session, the summer is winding down, and there is a break before all of the holidays. Fall is here and it is time for the projects to pick up as we approach the end of the year. I have been working in the staffing industry for about 6 years now and the stretch from the Tuesday after Labor Day through Thanksgiving is always the busiest for consultants. As we are in the busy season now, people often ask: what are the most in-demand SAP skills right now?

In the Twin Cities SAP market, all SAP skills are needed, but there are 5 profiles that clearly stand out from the rest:
– SD
– FICO (S/4)
– EWM/WM
– TM
– Full Stack Developers (ABAP and UI5/Fiori)
