When you first think of Design Thinking, probably the last thing that comes to mind is SAP, let alone any packaged software.
However, like custom software, SAP takes a lot of configuration and even customization to really work well for a large enterprise. In particular, when we take on a new user experience (UX) project, such as simplification with HTML5 or mobilization, we take an approach that follows the major tenets of this methodology.

It’s nice to see some general support from SAP of these alternate methodologies to SAP. Hopefully, it’s a sign of good changes to come.
