Sarah Mahowald: Welcome

Mindset is excited to welcome Sarah Mahowald to the Mindset team! Sarah Mahowald is joining ourSarah Mahowald Solutions practice as an Associate UX Designer.  A classically trained artist turned UX/UI Designer, Sarah loves to combine insights with creative experiences that are meaningful, inclusive and accessible, and is passionate about human-centered design from around the globe. Having people at the forefront of design is what brought her into the exciting world of UX.

Sarah is excited to be a part of the growing Mindset team. She loves that she has already learned a lot and is looking forward to continuing to grow her skills in UX, and share more about design and why it is so important when creating solutions for our clients.

Sarah is originally from Denver, but now lives in Minneapolis with her husband Joe. In addition to design work, in her spare time Sarah enjoys yoga, drawing, hiking, tacos, baking and sports. Sarah can be reached at sarahmahowald@mindsetconsulting.com or on Linked In.

Marin Baltes is Director of Operations at Mindset. Her main role is to put a support structure in place at each of our Solutions clients to ensure teams have everything they need to make their project a success. Marin brings a wealth of experience from both consulting and industry to the table, priding herself on having the ability to clearly communicate and empathize with our clients to make sure their goals, expectations, and logistical considerations are all in alignment. When she's not in the office, you can find Marin traveling, doing yoga, and spending time with her family.
