Here at Mindset, people wear many different hats. We have Account Executives, Architects, Recruiters, HR, Marketing, UX Designers – just to list a few. These roles all have different responsibilities, but we all have one thing in common: passion for what we do.
Over the past 3+ years, I have come to appreciate how fortunate I am to be part of a company full of passionate colleagues, as this a major contributing factor to Mindset’s success. We aren’t just recruiters – we get to know our candidates and help align them with a new opportunity that fits their skillset and their passion. We aren’t just architects – our architects get to know our clients, and learn more than just the surface level of a problem to help design a solution that will benefit the entire company.
I have a unique role at Mindset that I am very grateful for – I get to blend my passion for recruiting and sales into one! I not only have the privilege of building deep, lasting relationships with SAP talent, but I also have the privilege of meeting decision makers at my clients and learning about their obstacles and challenges.
