Job Description
Mindset is seeking a talented and driven SAP Partnership Manager to lead and grow our strategic relationship with SAP. In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for driving partner-led revenue growth by promoting Mindset’s offerings across various SAP partner channels.
You will develop a deep understanding of SAP’s internal structure—including Product, Sales, Marketing, Client Management, and Delivery teams—and use that knowledge to unlock opportunities, build strategic alliances, and drive joint go-to-market initiatives. You will collaborate closely with Mindset’s Sales and Executive Leadership teams and partner with our Marketing team to deliver high-impact events and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and collaborate with the Mindset Sales team on SAP-led opportunities, including both staffing and solution engagements.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key SAP stakeholders, including Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Partner Managers, and Product Owners.
- Promote Mindset’s capabilities, products, and services within the SAP ecosystem.
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans and enablement initiatives with SAP.
- Represent Mindset at key SAP and industry events, conferences, and partner forums.
- Facilitate introductions and warm leads to end clients through SAP channels.
- Own and manage SAP deal registrations and cloud consumption attribution processes.
- Identify and pursue co-marketing opportunities, including co-op funding requests and event execution.
- Monitor SAP product trends, solution roadmap changes, and strategic initiatives to align Mindset offerings accordingly.
- Proactively identify and resolve channel conflicts or obstacles to joint success.
- Track and report on channel activity, pipeline development, and ROI from SAP-driven engagements.
Qualifications
- Experience in SAP ecosystem roles, such as alliance management, channel development, partner sales, or enterprise sales.
- Deep understanding of SAP’s organizational structure and go-to-market model.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through partnerships.
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and executive teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent Mindset to senior SAP leaders and at public events.
- Self-starter with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly for or with SAP in a partner/channel-facing role.
- Knowledge of SAP product offerings and partner programs.
- Familiarity with deal registration, co-op marketing processes, and cloud consumption models.
