Celebrating the MINDSET Superstars!

“If the only prayer you ever say in your entire life is thank you, it will be enough.” – Meister Eckhart.

I am sure you are reading the above quote again and thinking how meaningful it is. This quote has stayed with me ever since I came across it and there is no better day than today to say it out loud.

MINDSETWe often hear words like ‘ Thank you’, ‘Appreciate’, ‘Acknowledge’, ‘Grateful’, ‘Life savior’, ‘Inspiration’ etc. spoken. These are very powerful words indeed. But when it comes to the corporate world, are we using these words enough? Are we showing our employees how much we genuinely appreciate all their contributions?

At Mindset we definitely are!

Here, we truly believe that the biggest assets of our organization are our employees. Identifying and appreciating their efforts at every level is key to our success. This is one of Mindset’s core values that is ingrained into our DNA.

At Mindset, we are committed to  providing exceptional user experience to our customers. We realize this is only possible when we extend the same commitment towards our employees. When our employees are happy with their professional growth and feel rewarded for their dedication and hard work, it is only then that we can provide our customers with unparalleled experience. Employee satisfaction is what customer satisfaction stems from, and in-turn leading to user satisfaction.

Why is employee appreciation so important?

Firstly, appreciating employees at the right time for the right things boosts their morale. Secondly, it increases self confidence, learning skills and brings out the best in their work. Finally, it helps us in building high client satisfaction, increasing employee productivity, quality work and enhances retention of loyalty

Appreciating employees increases the bonds between employee & employers and makes an organization a happy workplace.

How we appreciate our employees at Mindset

We Mindsetters make use of every opportunity to appreciate our employees for their work through different forums available to us; whether it is at meetings, on slack channels, leaspsome or 1:1 interactions.MINDSET

We do not follow only the top-bottom approach but also the vice-versa appreciation model. When everyone has the freedom to give feedback to each other, it allows everyone to flourish and grow. This is what builds the core of a flat organization. Our employees share open and honest feedback which leads to transparent communication.

We also have an effective “Rewards & Recognition ” policy which is put in place to make sure we never miss to recognise talents.  But remember appreciation need not always be monetary,  word-of-mouth also goes a long way in making a huge impact.

MINDSETWhen you start thinking of how to celebrate this day, you will come across plenty of ideas but this is not a single day celebration. Employee Appreciation is a continuous process. Applaud your employees for their contributions, reward them for their achievements. Even the smallest of gestures go such a long way in boosting morale and motivating people. When they feel motivated and valued, you will automatically see exceptional results in their work. Even a simple ‘Thank you’ goes a long way in making someone feel valued and appreciated.

Therefore, on this ‘Employee Appreciation Day’ I would like to thank and appreciate the contributions of all my colleagues who make my work so rewarding and fruitful. WE are, because YOU are!
