Sr. Staffing Account Executive

Mindset is adding a Sr. Account Executive to our growing sales team, focusing on delivering the best individual SAP Experts to our wide customer base. As a Sr. Account Executive at Mindset, you will have the opportunity to join a high-performing team leading the way in placing the best SAP talent delivering a remarkable experience to Mindset’s customers nationwide.

A successful candidate in this role will have 5+ years of account management experience providing IT staffing services. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the IT staffing business landscape with in-depth knowledge of the staffing life cycle. This person will build a reputation for exceeding client expectations and building strong partnerships.   • Identify, qualify and drive staffing opportunities
  • Work to understand client needs and industry trends to provide a high level of customer service to clients
  • Drive long term, deep, and trusted relationships with our customers to facilitate ongoing repeat business and referrals
  • Understand and be able to present all Mindset offerings to potential clients
  • Provide our world-class talent acquisition team with the information they need to quickly identify and present the best candidates.
  • Leverage our existing network of thousands of SAP Experts and thought leaders and our singular focus on SAP to stand apart from the rest of the staffing crowd
  • Conduct market research and identify new prospects and target companies
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

 Essential Job Functions

  • Regularly and consistently meet sales targets
  • Successfully acquire new accounts and sell SAP staffing services
  • Meet goals for regular account calls and meetings
  • Fully engage and leverage field relationships to identify business opportunities and close business
  • Generate new business, utilizing outbound cold calling, and following up on marketing leads.
  • Identify, acquire, retain, and grow client base to meet strategic business objectives.
  • Exhibit high initiative and willingness to go the distance to develop and grow client base.
  • Help to evolve and grow Mindset’s SAP Expert consulting offering

 Required Experience

  • Previous IT staffing sales experience
  • Understanding of the SAP ERP ecosystem and an existing network of SAP Expert resources a huge plus
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Demonstrated organization and prioritization skills
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
