The Role
Assigned to Marketing, you’ll build and run the Focus Account engine that matures our 100–1000 ranked accounts. Your job is 80% tech/AI/data and 20% marketing craft. You won’t cold-call; you’ll design the systems that drip intelligent, account-based signals to buyers, constantly evaluating new tools and automations to warm accounts toward Mindset solutions. Each quarter you’ll align programs to a spotlight offering (e.g., Integration Suite, BDC, Build/Fiori, Business AI) so Sales and Pre-Sales spend time only where the ground is prepped.
What You’ll Do
- Own account scoring and ranking
- Build Fit + Readiness scoring in Salesforce (SFDC), refreshed via automated enrichment.
- Maintain a living ranking for the 100–1000 tier and publish a Top 25 every week with reasons and next best actions.
Orchestrate ABM programs (systems, not sellers)
- Stand up adaptive, use-case journeys (BW→BDC, Integration, Build/Fiori, Business AI) across email, LinkedIn Matched Audiences, and events.
- No direct outreach; you build the machine that sequences touches and signals for AEs/consultants to engage at the right moment.
Generate actionable account intelligence
- Produce LLM-assisted Account Briefs from earnings calls, job posts, tech stacks, intent data, SAP AE inputs, and our content.
- Push briefs and alerts into SFDC and Slack; keep them current.
Turn our content library into ABM fuel
- Audit and tag thousands of assets; refactor for use-case and persona fit.
- Repurpose into tailored 1:1 assets (emails, InMails, landing pages, one-pagers) via WordPress + LinkedIn.
Build and improve automations
- Implement practical flows using HubSpot/Pardot, Zapier/Make, and SFDC flows to enrich, route, score, and notify.
- Continuously test new tools and techniques (Clay/Clearbit, 6sense/Bombora, basic Python where helpful); document what sticks.
Protect scarce Pre-Sales time
- Define handoffs and SLAs with AEs/Pre-Sales; gate pursuits based on scoring and readiness to improve win rates and ROI on hours.
Measure what matters
- Report monthly on: pipeline created, SAL→SAO conversion, time-to-first-meeting, and Pre-Sales hour ROI.
- SAL = Sales Accepted Lead; SAO = Sales Accepted Opportunity.
You Have
- 4–7 years in RevOps/Growth/ABM/Marketing Ops at a B2B services or SaaS company.
- Strong Salesforce skills (admin or power user) plus SQL or advanced spreadsheet chops.
- Hands-on with GA4, Google Search Console, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and HubSpot or Pardot.
- Comfortable using LLMs for summarization, brief generation, and targeted copy drafts.
- Clear, concise writing tailored to SAP buyer personas (IT, Data, Apps, Ops).
- Nice to have: basic Python; Clay/Clearbit; 6sense/Bombora; WordPress.

- Focus 25 live and operating weekly.
- ≥ 35% SAL→SAO on Focus accounts.
- ≤ 21-day time-to-first-meeting.
- $3–5M in early pipeline opened.
